01Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using SolenAI (the "Service"), operated by SolenAI, LLC ("SolenAI", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SolenAI. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

03What SolenAI provides

SolenAI lets you build an AI voice profile, generate LinkedIn posts from prompts, images, viral references, or trending news, receive virality scores, and schedule or publish content to your connected LinkedIn account. Features, generation limits, and availability depend on your plan and may change as we improve the Service.

04AI-generated content

SolenAI uses machine-learning models to produce drafts and scores. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintentionally similar to other material, and virality scores are estimates — not guarantees of performance. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published. We recommend fact-checking claims and confirming that content reflects your views and complies with applicable laws.

05Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts, writing samples, images, and posts you provide or create ("Your Content"). As between you and SolenAI, you own the drafts you generate. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, to build your voice profile and publish on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload.

06LinkedIn & third-party platforms

When you connect LinkedIn, you authorize SolenAI to publish and schedule posts through LinkedIn's official interfaces. Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn's own terms and policies, and you agree not to use SolenAI in any way that violates them. SolenAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that affect the Service.

07Plans, billing & refunds

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial — no payment card is required, and nothing is charged unless you purchase a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment processor. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Generation limits reset each billing cycle. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details, including how to raise a billing dispute. We may change pricing with reasonable notice before your next renewal.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to use SolenAI to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or infringing, and not to:

• Generate spam, impersonate others, or spread misinformation;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models;
• Circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls;
• Resell the Service or use it to build a competing product.

09Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by SolenAI and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or score will achieve a particular result.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolenAI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to SolenAI. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email before they take effect. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
