01Overview

SolenAI, LLC ("SolenAI", "we", "us") provides an AI content platform for LinkedIn creators. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, app, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here and in our Terms & Conditions.

02Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

• Account data — your name, email, and password or single sign-on identifier.
• Content you provide — writing samples, prompts, images, drafts, and voice-profile answers.
• LinkedIn connection data — the access token and profile details you authorize when you connect LinkedIn, plus posts you schedule or publish through us.
• Usage & device data — how you interact with features, plus standard log data like IP address and browser type.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we store your plan and a token, never full card numbers.

03How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service — generating drafts, scoring virality, scheduling and publishing to LinkedIn — as well as to secure your account, process payments, provide support, understand product usage, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal information.

04Your voice profile & AI training

The writing you provide is used to build a personal voice profile that helps generate posts that sound like you. This profile is used to serve your account. We do not use your private content to train shared, third-party foundation models without your explicit consent. Where we use AI providers to process a request, content is sent only to fulfill that request and is subject to those providers' data-handling commitments. You can reset or delete your voice profile at any time.

05LinkedIn connection

When you connect LinkedIn, we store the authorization token needed to publish and schedule on your behalf and to display basic profile information. We access only what is required for these features and act within LinkedIn's platform terms. You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time from your settings, which revokes our access going forward. SolenAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

06Browser extension

The SolenAI LinkedIn Assistant browser extension runs only on linkedin.com and only does anything once you sign in with your SolenAI account. It collects:

• Sign-in token — stored locally in your browser so the extension can call SolenAI on your behalf. Removed when you sign out.
• Post content you request suggestions for — when you click Suggest on a post, that post's text, author name, and link are sent to SolenAI solely to draft your comment. Nothing is sent for posts you don't click on.
• Activity data (optional, off by default) — if you enable activity tracking in the extension popup, we record engagement events on your LinkedIn feed: which posts you view and for how long, when you focus a comment box, and which suggestions you use, together with the post's text, author, and link. We use this only to power your engagement insights. You can turn it off at any time in the popup, and it stays off unless you enable it.

The extension never posts or comments on your behalf — every suggested comment is placed in the comment box for you to edit and submit yourself. It does not read your browsing outside linkedin.com, does not capture keystrokes, and collects nothing while you are signed out.

07How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run SolenAI — such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, and payment processing — under contracts that limit their use of your data. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety, and in connection with a merger or acquisition (with notice). We never sell your data to advertisers.

08Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content or your account, we remove or de-identify the associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, tax, or security obligations.

09Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most of this directly in your settings — edit or delete content, reset your voice profile, disconnect LinkedIn, or close your account. For other requests, contact us at hello@getsolen.ai and we will respond as required by law.

10Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where required.

11Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as light or dark mode, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

12International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.

13Children's privacy

SolenAI is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at hello@getsolen.ai and we will delete it.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email before they take effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
